If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

All services are provided on a project basis with milestone-based payment and delivery schedules as agreed upon at the time of order.
Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any such modifications.
To place an order and track your project, you must create an account on our platform. You agree to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Users between 13–18 years must have explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision.
An order is placed using our pricing calculator and order form on the platform. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
All prices shown are estimates generated by our pricing calculator. Final pricing may vary based on project complexity and requirements discussed before order confirmation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Our payment follows a milestone-based structure:
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store any card or banking details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Non-Refundable Advance: The 40% advance payment is non-refundable once active development has begun, except as described in our Refund Policy.
All projects are divided into 5 milestones. Each milestone represents a phase of development and has a corresponding payment.
Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project (4 days to 3 months depending on scope). Timelines may be adjusted if:
Minor revisions are included free of charge within 30 days of final delivery. Major scope additions after delivery will be treated as new projects.
Upon full payment of all milestones, full ownership of the completed project — including source code, design files, and all deliverables — transfers to the client.
Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress deliverables remain the intellectual property of DEVELOPERS. We reserve the right to withhold source code or deployment until all outstanding payments are cleared.
Projects may include open-source libraries, frameworks, or assets governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.). The client is responsible for compliance with such licenses.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project start.
As a client, you are responsible for:
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you provide. DEVELOPERS is not liable for copyright, trademark, or legal issues arising from client-supplied content.
You agree not to use our platform or request development of projects that:
Violation Consequence: Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your account and project, forfeiture of any payments made, and may lead to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
DEVELOPERS provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for quality and reliability, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may cancel a project at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and project without notice if you:
Upon termination by DEVELOPERS due to client violation, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication first. Please email us at developersinthehouse@gmail.com with a detailed description of your concern.
If direct resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws, with arbitration conducted in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
